About The Position

Roya.com, one of the fastest growing software companies specialized in medical marketing, is seeking an Operations Manager to join its dynamic and talented team at its San Diego office. This role will further enhance our onboarding process and strengthen client relationships with ongoing client services.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that client services processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage and improve operational systems, processes, and policies. The Operations Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure operational excellence, and enhance overall client experience. This role focuses on leading, managing and supporting the Client Services Specialists and Client Services Support teams. There are ongoing responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Managing client services teams workloads including but not limited to: assigning new projects, auditing appointment calendar to ensure all meetings are assigned, assign out onboarding tasks for projects, receive and assign tasks from enterprise and partner clients.

  • Work with design and development teams to coordinate ongoing client requests to support monthly marketing services.

  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent them.

  • Assist with client services support and client services specialist client escalations

  • Monitor projects to ensure we stay within scope for contracted services, identifying upgrades as necessary

  • Process account upgrades, downgrades and cancels across all platforms

  • Conduct one on one and team meetings, providing support where needed to keep projects running smoothly and help individuals achieve their goals

  • Generate monthly reports for support queue KPIs

Role Overview

As a Client Retention Specialist (CRS), you will play a key role in fostering strong post-sale relationships with our major accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for client retention efforts, resolving any issues and facilitating clear communication between internal teams and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have opportunities for growth within the company, with clear paths to advancement to CRS II and eventually Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
